1. Maintenance and Versioning
We’re currently on Version 2. I keep things simple when it comes to updates. As a solo developer, I focus on meaningful releases rather than tracking every tiny build number or adding major features within the same version (like Version 2). Major features and significant improvements come with the next version number (Version 3, etc.).
You may see versions listed as Version 1, Version 2, Version 3, and so on. Between those releases, I make smaller fixes, bug fixes, stability updates, or refinements to smooth out glitches and keep everything running reliably. I don’t usually label every minor change separately, but I do keep the software maintained and update it whenever needed.
This approach helps me stay focused on what matters most: making the software stable, useful, and easy to use.
2. What’s the pricing?
I offer straightforward one-time pricing with no subscriptions or hidden fees. Check the Buy Now section for details — includes 1 year of updates.
3. Is it easy to use, even if I’m not technical?
Absolutely — designed for beginners and pros. The intuitive interface handles complex FFmpeg commands behind the scenes. No command-line knowledge needed; just point, click, and process your files.
4. What systems does it support (Windows, Mac, Linux)?
Works on Windows 10/11, macOS 11+, and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian). Download the right version for your OS. FFmpeg is bundled, so no extra installs required.
5. What’s your refund policy?
All sales are final. Like video games and operating systems, this is a digital download — once purchased, it’s yours to keep. I build in quality upfront so you get exactly what you expect from day one.
6. How often do you update it, and what about support?
See the Maintenance and Versioning section above. As a solo dev, I release updates regularly for bugs/features. Email support is personal and fast — I respond within 24 hours.
7. Is it safe? Any privacy concerns?
100% safe and local — processes files on your machine only. No cloud uploads, no data collection. Open-source FFmpeg under the hood for transparency.
8. Can I use it commercially?
Yes! Unlimited commercial use included. Perfect for freelancers, YouTubers, businesses — process as many files as you want.
